Scaler moved off its external CRM, and I owned the Lead Details redesign from discovery through handoff.
A guided simulator that records every learner decision, scores it against fixed rules and explains the result.
A first-time flow that let learners set career goals and choose their own mentor, replacing silent auto-assignment.
Self-initiated products I designed and built end to end, because the problem was worth solving properly.
Learners asked for certificates over Slack, and a designer rebuilt each one by hand from Metabase data and a Figma template. With my manager, I designed a self-serve internal tool with eligibility logic and hashed QR verification.
Changing a song meant hunting for the right browser tab, every single time. So I put YouTube Music in the menu bar: search it, play it, skip it, without leaving what I was doing.
UPI only records the name on the account, so the shop I bought from shows up as a stranger. Mine uses where I was standing to work out which shop it actually was, then pulls the receipt from my inbox for what I bought. Now I just ask Claude where the money went.
